Green pepper is both delicious and nutritious. As an option, it brings a new flavor to your beef. I see the recipe is labeled as Chinese but there is a similar recipe which is Mediterranean in origin except that it has not got Soy Sauce and Rice Wine.
Oriental dishes are quite unique. I like them because of their condiments – wholesome and not so commercial. With a home made recipe like the BEEF WITH GREEN PEPPER, one will be pleased with the Green pepper and Chinese black beans which some as truly Asian spices and legumes.
This looks delicious! Will give it a shot soon.
That looks utterly perfect… I love stir frying, but my sauce never comes out that thick and shiny. I’ll try corn starch next time.
This looks great! Might be even better to add some red peppers!

Thanks for that , useful stuff. I get so bored of plain rice but I’m not very skilled at cooking. There’s a lot of easy ideas with this recipe that your readers might like too. Things such as using Ramen Noodles instead of rice.

Looks really nice, Like Ingrid says, I would have use red and yellow pepper too
Been looking for a recipe like this for awhile. Gave it a shot and it turned out to be very good and seemed to be much healthier than the version you get at the local Chinese restaurant. Will be cooking this a lot in the future.

Green peppers and Chinese beef are a great combination. I like to add some small chunks of fresh pineapple to the mix when cooking similar dishes!
Great recipe! Thanks for posting.
Nice! The secret to the Chinese stir-fry is really high heat and stir quickly! This ensures you get the flavors of the onions and peppers out, but still have them crispy. I love cripsy, lightly cooked onions and bell peppers..mmm
I love green peppers, so this recipe will be awesome to make! Thanks for posting!
