Ingredients are :1/2 lb. ground beef

1 1/2 c. water

2/3 tsp. salt

3 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. paprika

And the recipe is Combine all ingredients and cook over medium or low heat for approximately 30 minutes. Thicken as desired with flour or cornstarch. Serve over hot dogs.
