Description
A recipe for honeydew and rockmelon fruit salad.
Ingredients

- 1/2 a rockmelon
- 1/2 a honeydew
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 30g mint, chopped
Instructions
- Quarter half honeydew and half rockmelon, cut away skin and seeds, then cut into chunks and put in a serving bowl.
- In a small bowl make the dressing, by stirring the honey and lime juice together until the honey is mostly dissolved, then adding mint and stirring in.
- Drizzle the dressing over the honeydew and rockmelon, then serve.
