A recipe for berry and passion fruit swirls. A delicious dessert that uses only 6 ingredients.
The fruits it includes are strawberries, raspberries and passionfruit. This dessert not only tastes good, but is healthy too.
Ricotta cheese and Greek yoghurt are also healthy additions to this recipe.
Ricotta cheese is very versatile in that it can be used in many sweet dishes as well as savoury dishes.
It adds a sweetness to the dish and both the ricotta cheese and yoghurt are high in calcium, protein and vitamins.

Description
A recipe for berry (strawberry and raspberry) passion fruit swirls.
- 130g strawberries, hulled
- 100g raspberries
- 200g ricotta cheese
- 200g Greek natural yoghurt
- 2 passion fruits
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Add hulled strawberries (top removed) to a bowl and mash. Add raspberries and mash as well.
- In another bowl, mix ricotta cheese and yoghurt together, cut the passion fruits in half and add the pulp, then add sugar and mix.
- In serving glasses, add alternate spoonfuls of the berry mixture with the ricotta cheese and yoghurt mixture to create layers.
- Serve or refrigerate and serve chilled.
